Medical Ear Piercing

I am delighted to offer medical ear piercing to the community!

There are a few ways to schedule:

  1. Click here to see some of our current availability during the week and schedule directly online.

    Currently we have regular weekly availability on Mondays and Tuesdays

  2. We offer occasional dedicated “ear piercing clinics” on Fridays and weekends as well, for your convenience! Those dates will be posted here when available, and you can book an appointment through this page.

  3. If none of the above dates work for you, to request an appointment at another time, please fill out the appointment request form below and we will return your inquiry as soon as we can!

  • You do not need to be a patient at Stowe Farm Pediatrics.

  • Piercing is available for both children and adults.

  • At this time, we are only piercing earlobes.

  • I recommend avoiding pool swimming for 1-2 days after piercing, and lake/ocean swimming for 1-2 weeks.

I utilize the Blomdahl medical ear piercing system, which is available only to medical professionals. Blomdahl is a Swedish company that has designed a sterile piercing process that causes minimal tissue trauma and utilizes only medical-grade titanium and medical plastic earrings for piercing. These materials are as hypoallergenic as you can get, avoiding the common problem of irritation and allergic reactions to nickel and other metals commonly found in earrings, even those marketed as sterling silver or gold. The earrings are designed to facilitate good air flow and healing. The modern aseptic technique used during the piercing process significantly reduces the risk of infection.
