All routine well visits as per the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended schedule.

Appointments as needed to address acute concerns, illnesses, and injuries (if appropriate for the outpatient setting), as well as mental health, developmental-behavioral issues, and any other concerns.

Initial newborn home visit included in membership for families in Leelanau County; additional surcharge for other Grand Traverse and Benzie Counties.

Longer, unrushed appointments in a comfortable and private office space designed with kids and families in mind.

Flexibility in appointment type: office, virtual, and home visits offered.

Basic in-office testing: strep, influenza, RSV, COVID-19, urinalysis, glucose, and hemoglobin screening.

Basic in-office procedures: including sutures and glue, suture/staple removal, umbilical granuloma cauterization, abscess incision and drainage.

Referrals, outside lab and imaging ordering, and close coordination with other medical and ancillary services as needed (cost of outside services not included in membership).

Basic medications available for dispensing at cost at the office (e.g. amoxicillin, dexamethasone).
