Acute care home visits are available for both members and non-members of Stowe Farm Pediatrics in Traverse City and surrounding areas! We can help diagnose and treat common concerns such as ear infections, rashes, and cold symptoms in the comfort of your own home.

• Sick visits only; eligibility depends on whether the symptoms are appropriate for a house call.

• Select point-of-care testing available (strep throat, urinalysis, influenza/Covid-19); additional testing can be ordered through an external laboratory if needed (external laboratory fees not included in home visit fee; the external lab will bill your insurance).

• In-home sports physicals available; other well visits not offered at this time (with the exception of newborn home visits for practice members).

• Based on availability and physician/NP discretion.

• For non-SFP patients, documentation will be sent to your primary care physician to ensure for continuity of care.
